2. Is your jewellery waterproof?

Yes, our jewellery is designed to be water-resistant for daily use, but we recommend avoiding long-term exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals to maintain its shine and finish.

3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we provide COD, but with one condition: courier charges must be paid in advance. The remaining amount can be paid upon delivery.

5. What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

6. Can I exchange my product?

Yes, we offer exchange only for the same product in case of size or design adjustments. Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of receiving the product.
